Our carefully curated itinerary includes invigorating yoga sessions, a hike through the White Oak Canyon Trail, an infrared sauna, and wholesome, delicious meals that fuel your journey. Whether you're looking to deepen your yoga practice, connect with nature, or simply take a break, this retreat offers the perfect balance of activity and relaxation.

  • 12:00 PM – Arrival & Check-In

    • Guests arrive, check-in, and settle into their rooms.

    1:00 PM – Welcome Lunch

    • A light, plant-based lunch featuring quinoa salad with roasted vegetables, fresh fruit, and herbal tea.

    2:30 PM – Free Time

    • Explore the grounds, take a stroll, use the sauna, or relax in common areas.

    4:00 PM – Gentle Yoga Session

    • A 60-minute gentle yoga session to unwind from travel and ease into the weekend, focusing on deep stretches and relaxation.

    • 6:30 PM – Dinner

    • A wholesome dinner featuring grilled salmon (or a vegan option), roasted root vegetables, and a mixed greens salad with a lemon vinaigrette.

    8:00 PM – Evening Meditation

    • A 30-minute guided meditation to help guests wind down before bed.

  • Saturday

    6:30 AM – Vinyasa Flow Yoga

    • Start the day with a 75-minute Vinyasa flow, energizing your body and mind for the adventures ahead.

    8:00 AM – Nourishing Breakfast & Pack lunch for hike

    • Enjoy a hearty breakfast with options like eggs, tofu veggie scramble, avocado toast, Greek yogurt with honey and granola.

    9:30 AM - Hike White Oak Canyon Trail

    • Set out on a scenic hike through nature, enjoying the beautiful landscapes with waterfalls and fresh air. The hike will be approximately 2-3 hours with a break for lunch on the trail.

    2 PM – Return & Free Time

    • Return from the hike and enjoy some downtime. Relax, journal, use the sauna, or explore the grounds.

    5:30 PM – Restorative Yoga

    • A 60-minute restorative yoga session focusing on deep relaxation and recovery, using props to support long-held postures.

    7:00 PM – Dinner

    • A comforting evening meal, such as a butternut squash soup with crusty bread, sauteed kale and chickpeas on rice, a side salad, and herbal tea.

    8:30 PM – Closing Bonfire & Reflection

    • Gather around a bonfire for reflection and connection. Light snacks and herbal tea are available.

  • Sunday

    8:00 AM – Sunrise Yoga

    • A gentle, 60-minute sunrise yoga session focusing on grounding and gratitude.

    9:30 AM – Farewell Breakfast

    • Breakfast with eggs, tofu veggie scramble, oatmeal with various toppings, and fresh fruit.

    11:00 AM – Check-Out

    • Guests check out and depart, feeling rejuvenated and centered.
